Sagehens Turn Back Wildcats
Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens lacrosse came out
victorious in their match against Linfield on April 10 by the score
of 19-17.
The Sagehens ended the first half leading 12-7. The Hens offense
greatly contributed to the team's success as Martha Marich scored
eight goals and Hannah "Tiki" T'Kindt scored four, one made
possible by an assist from Jenny Miner. Freshman Kristin Salmon
scored the first goal of her Hens lacrosse career.
Defense played strong throughout the game, and goalie Julia
"Wallace" Behr brought fire in the cage with 13 saves.
