CLAREMONT, Calif. – The Pomona-Pitzer women's basketball team defeated Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Opponent Caltech 74-65 on the Sagehens' senior day at Voelkel Gymnasium.

Before the start of the game, Pomona-Pitzer honored its three seniors that would be playing in their final game as a Sagehen. The senior class of Amelia Hummel, Juliah Shay Kim and McKenna Vanderkley were honored for all that they have done over the past four years.

Pomona-Pitzer began to pull away in the second quarter as the Sagehens outscored the Beavers 19-10 in the second quarter and went into the locker room with a 38-25 lead.
