Two Sagehen Cross Country Runners Named Scholar Athletes
The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) have released the names of the recipients of the 2008 Men’s Cross Country Scholar Athletes of the Year. Two Pomona College student-athletes, Torrey Olson and Brendon Randall-Myers were among those athletes selected to receive All-Academic honor.

Annually one of the top teams in conference, Pomona-Pitzer's men's cross country team boasts an outstanding history of success. The harriers race over 8000m (5 mile) courses, and the list of successful runners who have worn the Pomona-Pitzer singlet is a lengthy one.
