Water Polo Update

This weekend the Sagehens traveled to Cal Baptist to take on the Lancers. They played well, and came out on top, winning 12-8.

Last week, after upsetting Santa Clara, Pomona-Pitzer was ranked just below #20 CBU overall, and next week will certainly crack top 20, a record high for the team. They are currently ranked #1 in Division III.

Their win over Cal Baptist was fueled by junior Ben Hadley, who scored 6 goals against the Lancers. Also scoring were Mark Hudnall (2), David Lee, Ryan Balikian, Jaron Moler, and Jason Cox. Goalie Kyle Pokorny added 10 saves to his impressive season. The Sagehens have really gotten the ball rolling over the past two weeks, and look forward to continuing in this manner as SCIAC play approaches.
