Coach Bill Swartz has been the men's soccer coach since 1986. He joined Pomona-Pitzer after coaching at Thomas College, where he was named the New England Coach of the Year in 1985. He was also named the Far West Coach of the Year in 1990. Swartz has served as the Mid-West and Far-West Region Soccer Chair and is currently the SCIAC men's soccer chair.

Swartz graduted from Southern Connecticut State University with a history degree, and completed his MBA at Thomas College in 1986.
